Me and my 2 daughters go here. Dr king is so kind and patience with them. He answers all questions and I trust his recommendations. He treats my daughters as his own grandkids. I would recommend anyone go to see him. Absolutely the best!

King eye center is the best place to go for your eye care. Dr. King is kind, friendly and truly cares. The staff is kind and friendly too. They offer a great selection of eye wear and prices are competitive. The office is clean, warm and welcoming. I have been going to King eye center for over15 years. I only hope they stay in business for as long as I need their services.

Very professional and explains everything they do and say in terms the patient can understand. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the final check out are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Great atmosphere.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Dr Chow is so kind and knowledgeable. The staff are very helpful and nice. The eyeglass collection is so vast that I started to tire looking through all of them! I never find anything I want, and I found it here. This was my first visit and was pleasantly impressed with the level of care…. To The making of an appointment, the on line pre check in and ease of use, the greeting at the desk on entry, the technician and the tests before meeting the doctor to the visit with the doctor…all very professional and thorough. I also stopped at optical department and they offered a check of my present glasses as well as the options they have available. Would recommend.

Great experience. Would definitely recommend. All the staff members were super nice and put me at ease. Dr. Chow had great bedside manner. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered and did a great job of explaining things! I hadn't been here since the remodel due to moving away but I was totally wow'd by the beautiful new interior as well.

I had a last minute eye issue before leaving on a trip the next day traveling overseas, and these great people worked me in so graciously! I saw DR Steig…(can’t spell his name) but he’s very thorough and interactive. Answers questions patiently. All the staff are super welcoming.

Today I came as a new patient. The wait time was short, paperwork process was very informative and short and the attendee made sure I was taken care of. The doctor and staff made sure i understood and my care was met. The opticians take you from your appointment right to the optician shop to get you fitted for your glasses and/or contacts. I am very happy with my visit and can’t wait to get my new pair of glasses.

Carrboro Family vision is top notch! Feels like a boutique experience. They make you feel welcomed every visit, whether it’s for an exam, pick up an order, or to explore their vision wear. Each person is focused and eliminate distractions while with you. Communication between team members is professional and personable. I love being able to choose an appointment and provider online, and they use convenient texting with any updates regarding my appointments and orders. Highly recommended

We have had the best experience here! Dr. Kirchmer has been wonderful with our family! She has been so thorough, kind and helpful with my 8 year old daughter’s glasses these past couple years and now my 6 year old son. The whole staff has always been so kind and warm with our family.

Dr. Kirchmer has done an excellent job of updating my prescription for progressive gas permeable contact lenses. When I was fitted with the first pair, she tested my vision and adjusted the prescription. When I came back to get the second pair tested, she discovered one eye was very dry and rescheduled me to come back after I'd applied eye drops so that my eyes would be fully lubricated. All these services were covered by the original fitting fee. I really appreciate her thoroughness!

Carrboro family vision is great!!! I had been being seen there a long time ago but then was seeing a corporate eye doctor for a few years because it was more convenient to where I was located at the time. I missed the personal touch of a non corporate model so I switched back to Carrboro Family Vision. Lovely office, buttoned up processes, nice staff, a personal touch, and you will get a very thorough exam. Much more thorough than I had been getting at the corporate eye place I had been visiting. They offered to go out of their way to research my insurance to see if there was coverage even though i thought probably not. I’ve never been offered that at the other place if been going. And the Chapel hill location is central to everything and very convenient. 5 stars all the way.

I switched from another local optometrist.Dr Kirchmer soon diagnosed a subtle but serious problem with my retina that may be affecting my vision. This was missed at another practice for years. Everyone in the office is very friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time and the reception area was clean and spacious. The assistants were very efficient and clearly took their job seriously. So glad I found this practice! All the good reviews are well deserved.

From the phone call to through the end of the visit I felt heard respected and truly helped. All my questions were answered and a care plan that made me feel confident was given. 100 percent recommend for anyone in the area… or not!

Today, I developed a problem in one of my eyes which caused me so much discomfort that I realized I should try to get some professional help. I had recently become a patient at Carrboro Family Vision. Tanner picked up when I called and explained my situation. He told me he would call back after seeing what a doctor had to say. He did this and was able to squeeze me in as the last appointment of the day with Dr. Friel. Despite the fact that she had had a busy day, she patiently saw me, diagnosed and solved my problem. I could see again! Everyone was very kind and helpful and I felt lucky that this team of folks took care of me.

This was myself and my wife first visit at Quantum Eyecare . The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. We both were satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend Quantum Eyecare.

From the retinal exam to the thorough eye exam given by Dr. Barber, there was attentive and sincere care provided to my mother. She spoke highly of her experience after not having an eye exam for several years!
